Markel Jones
Markel U. Jones is a humble, purpose-driven leader with a lifelong heart for service and community impact. Raised in the church and ordained as an Elder in 2024, his faith guides both his leadership and compassion for others. A student of Business Management with a focus in Finance and Human Resources, Markel serves as Business and Finance Administrator for A New Way Of Care Services LLC, bringing energy, integrity, and love to every mission he supports.

She is dedicated to helping older adults feel valued, supported, and connected, believing that when we come together with care, lives are truly changed.

Sarah Lee is a Detroit-based Real Estate Developer, Creative Visionary, And Trusted problem solver known for her contagious energy and heart for service. Backed by more than 15 years of experience leading Senior communities and Scaling Healthcare Operations.

Jeanna Montgomery is a passionate advocate for seniors, dedicated to ensuring they receive the love, dignity, and care they deserve. With over five years of experience in senior care, she founded her own agency and partnered with H.O.P.E. after recognizing a shared faith‑based, community‑driven mission. Together, she brings her faith‑led passion to protect, serve, and create greater impact for seniors and the community.
Frankie Lee
Frankie Lee is a devoted member of H.O.P.E. whose faith in God guides her passion for helping others. As she completes her final semester at Arizona College of Nursing toward her RN, BSN, she brings compassion, purpose, and a heart for service—serving others with grace, style, and love.
